Myofunctional Therapy

Myofunctional therapy at Breathing Wellbeing is targeted and focused on improving how you breathe by supporting and training the muscles of the face and neck.

I'm Naomi, founder of Breathing Wellbeing and a certified myofunctional therapist. As a mom to two boys, I've watched up close how breathing well touches everything. I see the impact of airway disorders every day, and I know how much relief comes from finally understanding what's going on.

I'm a Certified Orofacial Myologist (COMĀ®) through the IAOM, the highest level of certification in this field. Beyond the credential, I'm passionate about breathwork and whole-body wellbeing, and I bring that lens into every session.

I offer transformative myofunctional therapy in person and online.
